Site-Based Concrete Resurfacing Site Manager
Location: Brisbane, Queensland (Subcontractor or Full time Employment)

We are seeking a Site-Based Concrete Resurfacing Site Manager to join our team in Brisbane and help us deliver exceptional results to our clients.
Job Summary:
The Site-Based Concrete Resurfacing Site Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of our concrete resurfacing projects in the Brisbane area. The successful candidate will work closely with our project manager to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In addition, the Site-Based Concrete Resurfacing Site Manager will be responsible for managing the on-site team and undertaking the works themselves.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of our concrete resurfacing projects, including quality control.
- Undertake concrete resurfacing works themselves in addition to managing the on-site team.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all project requirements are met, including staffing, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to our management team.
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or building industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete resurfacing techniques, materials, and equipment (preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
- Legally able to work in Queensland.

The Concrete Sleeper Retaining Wall Builder will be responsible for building, installing, and maintaining concrete sleeper retaining walls for our clients in the Brisbane area. The successful candidate will work closely with our project manager to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Build, install, and maintain concrete sleeper retaining walls for our clients.
- Collaborate with our project manager to prepare project proposals and estimates.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to our management team.

Requirements:

Area Sales Estimator - Melbourne
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Area Sales Estimator to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales department, including inbound and outbound duties such as responding to enquiries, conducting site consultations with prospects, and creating proposals. You will work closely with the national sales manager to develop and optimise the sales strategy, and will be responsible for maintaining sales OPEX and gross profit. The role will require both offsite and onsite work, and you will be expected to manage your own diary to meet monthly sales KPIs. Other responsibilities include training of sales support staff, supplier negotiation, and effective handover to delivery partners.
Key Role Functions:
- Develop and optimise sales strategy with national sales manager
- Maintain sales OPEX and gross profit
- Estimate labour and materials for projects
- Manage outbound sales strategies
- Pre-qualify inbound prospect enquiries
- Conduct site consultations
- Create project estimates and proposals
- Effectively handover projects to delivery partners
- Manage CRM system
- Negotiate with suppliers and improve rates
- Report to national sales manager monthly
- Experience in the concrete industry is preferred, but not required
